“Property was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out and filled with hundreds of teenagers who were rowdy and loud. Even though a "Quiet Time" was posted from 10 pm to 7 am, they were constantly running up and down the hallways, slamming doors and screaming until the wee hours of the morning. They overtook the pool in the evening and crowded the breakfast area in the morning. I would have like to have seen more intervention by the hotel staff to manage them. When we……

“The window in my room had blinds built into the glass, but none of them worked and there were no other blinds to compensate. The first night I was there the light over the bathroom sink did not work, though it was fixed the next night and nothing was said. The coffee for the breakfast bar/lobby was absolutely the worst. I don't think it was really coffee. The second day the coffee urn put out hot slightly brown water. I didn't even try to taste it. Food items would run out and no one……
