"The staff was super helpful and kind. The beds were comfy. The A/C unit works; it was just really loud when turned on. The WiFi didn’t work 100% of the time; we had to keep logging on. The WiFi didn’t work anymore during our last night before checkout. The breakfast had a variety of options; taste and quality was okay. We were able to warm up some food we got from the grocery/restaurant using the microwave at the breakfast area during non-breakfast hours. Coffee and hot chocolate were available all day; there was no cover for the mouth opening of the lid, so the hot chocolate splashed on my skin and clothes as I rode on the airport shuttle. The jacuzzi in the pool area was hot, but the jets weren’t working properly. The room key got demagnetized twice during our stay, and we had to have it demagnetized/reactivated. I heard guests in the hallway shouting/using their normally loud voice, especially early in the morning."

"The staff was semi-friendly. The room was in horrible condition. The bed was broken on one side. When you sat down to get in on that side it basically went to the floor. The shower in the bathroom was terrible. It barely had any pressure and the spigot in it was pulled out of the wall. It was supposed to be a handicap shower but it had no sprayer if you needed to spray off the soap on you. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. "
