"The hotel was beautiful upon entry. The staff, while absolutely bombarded with check-ins were very courteous and kind. The elevator was a huge hit with my kids (20 yo) and the room was bright and spacious. They both loved the bed, quoting it was insanely comfortable. We were also offered two free drinks, which I immensely appreciated. 10/10 would stay again. Tacoma was also, so much better than expected. The whole area around the hotel was so immaculate and safe. The restaurants and waterfront were wonderful to discover."
