“The Overlook does not disappoint. We stay here quite often to visit family in Washington. The condo is clean and comfortable. Certain items are provided including coffee, hair dryer, extra blankets and even q-tips. The area, although in the city, is very quiet. Additionally, McKinley Park is across the street for a wonderful jog or contemplative walk on its pleasant paths. There is a reason we return to The Overlook and Corporate Condos. “We checked in for 3 night stay on 2/13/26. The place was very dirty to point that we decided to leave immediately for another place. Didn't even feel comfortable staying 1 night. Hair in the shower and around the toilet, stains on the couch and bed, moldy shower liner. There was just 1 sheet and 1 blanket on the bed, not even a sheet set or mattress pad. Contacted the owner right away who initially agreed to a 50% refund, then went silent. No refund received. Stay away from this place.”

“Place very clean, everything was like new, even prepped nicely upon arrival with music playing. Communication with host was great. Honestly though, did smell like weed, but either wise great place to stay.”

“Place was super cute! I loved all the thoughtful additions that made the stay really feel like home. The apartment was also really close to all the events I had to attend. Janell was super responsive, even with automated AI replies. My only complaint was noticing a smell on throw blankets and throw pillow covers, which was easily resolved by a quick load of laundry. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would book again if I ever found myself in Tacoma again.”
