Check-in was chaotic. The staff can't speak English and she really tried her best communicating. However, the other staff won't help and manager in the room right behind the desk was not helping much. It took her 3-4 times going back and forth asking the manager question that the manager finally comes out of the room explaining the payment situation. Your normal, average family travel stay. Room is rather packed but it provides everything you'll ever need, even dish wash.
