“Excellent service!”

“When we got our keys and headed to the elevator, it smelled so strong of mildew and had mildew stains all around the carpet. We got to our room to find the adjoining door open, greasy finger prints on the furniture, mold stains and moisture-caused cracking paint all over the bathroom ceiling, and a strong cigarette and mildew odor. Even after opening the window and trying to air it out for almost half an hour, there was no change. We deemed it unsafe to stay and decided to ask for a refund to……

“Air conditioning was out, building lobby and hallways were hot, but room was nice and cool. Room was clean but old. Beds were comfortable. There was a towel shortage and we only had one in our room. When we asked the desk for more they just gave us a arm full of wadded up towels that hadnt been folded.”

“This place needs updating. The rooms and lobby we ok. The parking lot is a disaster for everyone but especially if you have a full sized SUV or truck. I got my suv after many careful manuaevwrs and drop to lock up the rest of us. Upon check was a bowl of validated parking tickets that I had just spend $8 on. Money but a big deal but checking in I asked all about the parking and the employee never mentioned it. It was pretty cheap for a Raddisson and now O knkw why.”

“Avoid this hotel at all cost! All but one of the staff I crossed paths with gave creepy, awkward vibes and/or were rude. The whole hotel was gross and the room felt like it was deep-down grimy. The area is sketchy. Parking wraps around almost the whole building with side door access, making all the side doors poorly-lit, shady areas that attracted some sketchy bystanders. The worst of all was my personal experience of a room break-in while I was out -- something I never thought would ever……

“It was very quiet, comfortable and appealing. But the room refrigerator and freezer stopped working. In my summer journey, that is what I depend on. But I would still return. Everything else was worth the stay.”

“Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. People were itching their initials around the pool in the scum. So needless to say the breakfast were not that good. It has gone downhill. Very disappointing. Won't……

“You will not get your bed made everyday, no clean towels everyday. Mold on the shower curtain! Asked to remedy this the first night , they did not do it!”
