“Always stay there because staff is friendly”

“The front desk staff told me they were short staffed when I asked for a hair dryer. “I don’t know where they are; I’ll leave a note for the morning.” I never got a hair dryer. The sheet was stained on the king sized bed when I pulled back the bedspread. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay.”

“Facility appeared clean and staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool. Only issue we had was A/C unit was not working, would not cool the room properly.”

“It was very quiet, comfortable and appealing. But the room refrigerator and freezer stopped working. In my summer journey, that is what I depend on. But I would still return. Everything else was worth the stay.”

“Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. People were itching their initials around the pool in the scum. So needless to say the breakfast were not that good. It has gone downhill. Very disappointing. Won't……

“Hotel was nice and staff was helpful and friendly.”

“Avoid this hotel at all cost! All but one of the staff I crossed paths with gave creepy, awkward vibes and/or were rude. The whole hotel was gross and the room felt like it was deep-down grimy. The area is sketchy. Parking wraps around almost the whole building with side door access, making all the side doors poorly-lit, shady areas that attracted some sketchy bystanders. The worst of all was my personal experience of a room break-in while I was out -- something I never thought would ever……

“Room was clean, large size with couch. Everything is a step above all the other hotels we typically stay in, such as IHG, BW, etc. Did not hear any noise in hallway or other rooms. Mattress was very comfortable and nice linens. Highly recommend.”
