“staff is nice ！and room is very clean”

“THe people were super nice, and it was easy to drive to from the airport. I mainly was there to check off my 50th state and to visit the TR National Park. Both were easy to accomplish, although the park is a pretty decent drive away. Bismarck is a cute town and is worth seeing on its own as well.”

“For a $140 hotel, it was pretty disappointing. Walked in the room and the AC was off, 90% humidity and probably 90 degrees. Took an hour for it to cool to comfort. Multiple bugs found throughout it. Pee stains on the toilet seat. TV was so hard to use and had no channel guide. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Just overall very unpleasant and gross.”

“Room was clean and updated. Pool was great for kids of all ages, and the morning breakfast had many options! Would 10/10 stay here again.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, ok breakfast (could use more fruit, nuts and other non-processed options). Old air conditioning units, a little noisy. No elevator. Ok for the price.”

“I called the day before our arrival to ask if there was any possibility of an earlier check-in since I was scheduled for a procedure early the next morning I had to prepare for and wanted time to get settled and rest. I was told that an early check-in wouldn’t be possible, which I understood. However, when we arrived just before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, our room hadn’t even been started by housekeeping. There were several staff members at the front desk, but one older gentleman was rude and……

“The rooms are clean and kitchen stocked with all utensils required to cook. The courtyard is beautiful and the area was very relaxing”

“The staff was very rude, the room was torn apart in places, I'm assuming it was paint splatter on the walls in the bathroom, although the color of splatter was nowhere in the room or the hotel that I ever saw, cracked tiles in the bathroom.”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and it was very pet friendly for her two little dogs. Would highly recommend this for a nice place to stay for the price..”

“Although the room was clean; the hotel was in bad repair. It appears that Best Western May have recently obtained property; no sign out front. We were given a room that had not been cleaned; however, the front desk lady was quick to give us another room that was clean. Breakfast was short on food.”
