“Room was clean. Tub was gross and didn’t drain. Pool was closed and the breakfast was very poor and they ran out fast. You could smell skunk from the housekeepers area. Over all just a low ok.”

“All AC was out but staff didn’t want to really help. Was locked out of room and staff had to find maintenance to unlock door. Was not given the room keys. Finally after waiting 2 hrs for ac to get brought in I left it was 85 degrees in the room. No thanks”

“I heard there was a recent fire in the property and many of the amenities were affected, but this was not made know at time of booking. When checking in a asked if the continental breakfast was affected and was told by staff that it was fine and based on website photos, I was looking forward to waffles. At breakfast time, Poorly stocked table and minimal warm food. Beds were comfortable but linens were stained and mold along the shower grout. Over priced for the state of the property and current……

“The staff was really nice but the property was old and stinky. Our heat vent made a terrible noise every 3 minutes and our bed was crooked so when you laid on it your feet was in the air.”

“I stayed because my husband had prostate cancer and was having surgery I asked the front desk if had medical rate said no couldn’t help Me Because booked through Expedia then husband was maybe getting Discharged early so asked if I had to pay for the extra night said I don’t know they weren’t helpful at all for being Already stressed you’d think people would Be little More helpful And kind”
