"I booked the room because it showed air-conditioning as one of the amenities. However, I was never able to control the air conditioner, nor did it ever turn on by itself. The shower leaked into my room. Only 1 - yes ONE coffee pod for my 3 night stay! The cleaning staff couldn’t offer me any more ..."

"Unfortunately there was an error made by Expedia so the checkin process took over an hour. No fault of hotel. Hotel has an auto checkin process so you must complete prior. I liked this place.
