“The one washer was out of service and because we made our reservations through Experian, even though we paid the hotel directly they would not provide us with a receipt nor would they give us water, like every other Hampton Inn has on our trip. We are uncertain if they are the only one's going by the rules or being difficult, or both. I don't care about the water but dont understand how it would have hurt for them to print a receipt for a guest, no matter if we are rewards members or not. Its……

“Staff was wonderful, had issues with the cabin. The bed had a big dip in it ( permanently) mattress needs to be replaced. Had an ant problem with the room, big infestation. Ran out of hot water late in the evening and the toilet cover needs to be tightened, very loose. A little outdated”

“Hotel was gorgeous and decorated for autumn. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Town is quaint and historic.”

“Everything was really good at this hotel. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again in the future.”

“The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on that. The room was incredibly outdated. Didn’t look like the carpet was particularly clean, would not walk barefoot on it. The bed was way too soft and the pillows were about half the size of a regular one. I didn’t see a sign to ask for daily housekeeping so I didn’t. Our room was not serviced, which was disappointing.”

“The apartment was a perfect home base for our stay in the area. The facilities were clean and we had plenty of room. Our host gave great restaurant recommendations. I appreciated the designated parking space.”

“I enjoyed my stay. It was a long walk from the room to the car and ice.”

“Everyone was very nice and helpful. Quiet and comfortable.”
