“Good breakfast choices.”

“the breakfast are poor, we arrived the breakfast cuisine, almost all of the food gone. no fruit, no veg., very poor.”

“The property is in a great location for either visitors to Hannibal or travelers on U.S. 61. The front desk staff were very courteous and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was ample parking. The property could use some refreshing. Carpeting was a bit worn. Plumbing in room 309 needed work on that the toilet needs to be reseated and the tub was very slow to drain. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.”

“Nice place to stop for a one night stay.”

“The property is in a country setting. It was quite and peaceful. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We slept well and enjoyed our stay.”

“Floors in room very dirty. Wash cloths and towels stained. There was blood on the bed cover. There was no details noting that this room had to share a hall bathroom with another guest. Technology was very old and there was only one outlet available for charging phones, watches and laptops. The bathroom was very small and grungy. Overall, not a very enjoyable stay.”

“Beautiful view of the river! Easy access to downtown and shops/restaurants. The jacuzzi was wonderful and a nice bonus! We’ll definitely stay there again if we’re back in the area.”

The little extra touches in the kitchen (snacks and breakfast items) and the restroom area (all sorts of extra travel size toiletries if we had forgotten anything) were a really nice touch. The unit was cute and very functional. Renovating that space into a……

“House was small and not especially clean. Behind curtains and stairs were dirty. I have stayed in old homes before. This one was small and not especially welcoming. The history was interesting though. I like cats and they did not bother us. The cats seemed to be more comfortable than any guest. Our room was surrounded by bathrooms. We did not have to share the Jack and Jill bathroom but the one in the hall was as if it was ours, it was so close. The automatic light in the hall came on……

“Very nice experience, and close to all the historical sites!”
