“We had a great time at Moot Point. My goal was to get my daughters to catch some stripers and for my wife to read as many books as possible, both were accomplished. Fishing was slow but steady and the girls had a blast. Kayak access is easy just have to be 3-4 hours of the high tide. Denise was a fantastic host. We had a hot week and the back deck gets ALOT of sun. My only ridiculous complaint is we needed more forks and pot to steam lobster would have been good. Amazing sunsets and pleasant...

“My wife and I had a terrific stay here. This cottage style house was appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The area itself was super quite and very safe. We were able to use the community pool and hot tub ( very clean ) and even tried our hand at pickleball. The owner was super nice and made himself available by phone or email if we needed anything. If you like clean, safe, and fun places to stay this would be it.”

“Summer was the most amazing place. It is so charming. It has everything you could want. A cool restaurant, a General Store, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, a gym, two pools and a hot tub. “Comfortable place to stay on the water overlooking Boston Harbor and downtown. Sunsets are amazing behind the tall buildings of downtown. Trails close by for walking and sightseeing. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We had trouble with getting any of the TV's to work and there was an annoying flood light shining on the back deck from the neighbors house all day and night. Other than those two things it was nice to have a house on the water with a fantastic view. ”
