Parking: • Park only in designated spaces or driveways. • Parking on turf, landscaped areas, or bike paths is not permitted. • Electric bikes can be ridden on bike paths, all other motorized vehicles are for the streets. Restrictions on vehicles: • No large buses, shuttles, RV’s, trailers, or boats in Eagle Crest for more than 48 hours. • Living or sleeping in RVs or campers parked in Eagle Crest is not allowed. Fire safety and smoking: • Obey fire advisory signs, as the area is prone to fires. • Smoking is not permitted in this home, on the deck, or surrounding area. • Fireworks are not permitted in Eagle Crest. Garbage and recycling: • Dispose of properly bagged household garbage in designated bins or dumpsters. • Handle glass properly or take it to approved recycling locations. • Recycle cardboard, cans, and plastic in designated containers. Pets: • Pets are not allowed in this home, on the deck, or surrounding area. Golf Courses: • All golf courses are only for people who have paid to use them. • Golf courses are closed to everyone before and after hours. • No dog walking, putting practice, or using them for a playground. Water features and wildlife: • Swimming in lakes or playing in water features is not allowed. • Enjoy the vegetation, aquatic wildlife, or waterfowl without disturbing them. • Avoid feeding deer and other wildlife—only bird feeders are permitted.
