One bedroom newly renovated apartment in Reykjavik's downtown area. Sleeps two in the bedroom and two more on the soda bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Great location only 100m from airport bus/tour pick up bus stop. I f you want to stay downtown but also want the quiet place to rest, this is the apartment for you.
The apartment was renovated in Jan.-Febr. '19. Everything is new including the flooring, kitchen cabinets and beds.

Sehr gute Lage, um die Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Allgemein ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, allerdings war die Sauberkeit in der Küche und im Badezimmer etwas unterdurchschnittlich und auch der Schimmel im Schlafzimmer etwas bedenklich.

This is a superb location and an excellent price! I really enjoyed staying here! The kitchen was perfect and the apartment was quiet , safe and comfortable. If I’d been staying by myself I’d have given it 5 stars. However, my husband thought the bed was uncomfortable and when he tried using the sofa bed he said it was broken.

Great location and value!

The apartment was in a great location, close to everything (e.g., tourist area - shopping, dining, sights) and was well kept and perfect for what I needed for my stay as a solo traveller. Great communication from the property manager. It was a great home base for my day trips. I would stay here again if I was ever back in Iceland. Thank you, Anna!

I wrote the same thing about our second stay. The apartment was quiet, safe, comfortable and the location and price were perfect! I’d have given 5 stars but my husband found the bed to be uncomfortable. He tried to use the sofa bed but said it was broken. I loved the kitchen!

Lovely place to stay in Reykjavik!

This is such a cute apartment in a great location! Perfect walking distance from everything, and this hosts were easy to communicate with. Very warm and cozy and the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring!

Nice apartment near city center

Really enjoyed our stay, plenty of space. Admire the flooring and shower. Apartment was quiet, clean, and close to many restaurants and sites all within walking distance.

I'd stay again!

The location was convenient to downtown and public transportation. The unit had everything we needed. There is not a 50 on the building but is next door to 52. Anna's name is on the actual unit, not the front door. I only wish the bedding for the pull-out couch was as nice as what's on the listing. would definitely rent again. would pic.

This location is convenient for walking to stores/boutiques, , great restaurants, grocery stores, and bus stops in the downtown area. There appartment had everything we needed. We stayed there three nights and would definitely return.

Nice accommodation

Nice, clean spacious accommodation, easy to check in and communicate with the host. Close to town centre and 5 minutes walk from my friends who I was visiting. Perfect!

A great place to stay for a couple of days!

My friend and I had a wonderful easy stay at this property. The amenities are as listed, and the owner gave us great directions from the airport. The beds were very clean and many towels were provided. As other reviews mentioned, however, the property does not seem all that “newly” renovated. The apartment felt clean aside from mold in the bathroom. We had a couple of small issues with the shower that the owner has been notified of, and we were told that it will be renovated soon- just something to keep in mind!The location was nice, but since we had a rental car we had to pay for parking a couple of times since the surrounding areas are all paid parking zones in the daytime on weekdays.Overall a great choice with a great price point to be near downtown Reykjavík!

We had a great stay

Our stay in this apartment was great. It is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The neighbourhood is lovely, and the short walk to the city centre was very enjoyable. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Lovely clean, very warm extremely comfortable apartment. Central for trip pick up at bus stop no9 also local bus station. Bus stop 12 also within short distance as some trips start here and charge to picked up from other stops. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Love Iceland

This is apartment was very close to everything. If you don’t have a car - checking was a little challenging. Anna was very responsive. Enjoyed our visit to Reykjavik.

Good apartment, a little difficult to find. The entrance does not have a street number and the name given for the door is two flights up, not on the entrance. Very good location, good amenities, but could use minor cleaning. I would stay here again.

By the bus stops

Tourists going on their tours were picked up at numbered bus stops or selected hotels. Our Verbo on Snorrobraut was an ideal location … right downtown and close to bus stop #9, a popular pickup/drop off stop.. Reykjavik downtown shopping /entertainment/ and cultural museums etc. area

Nice small apartment in the heart of Reykiavik

Nice and cozy apartment for 2 - max 4 persons. All you need to start your excursions around or from Reykiavik. Main sight seeing highlights in Reykiavik in walking distance. Free parking in the street. Perfect communication with the host Anna.

Great spot!

This apartment is in a great location that is walkable to most downtown amenities. We found it perfect while we stayed in the city. The key exchange was easy enough to find. My phone wasn’t quite working while in Iceland but I had luckily looked locations up beforehand and didn’t have a problem. I recommend that for other visitors as well.
