"We booked this because of the indoor pool for my daughter. The pool was absolutely freezing and the hot tub wasn’t even hot it was warm. Very disappointing. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. Staff couldn’t keep up with the weekend crowd so food had run out or was cold. The same food every day!! I had to eat out by day 3. Couldn’t stomach the choices. I was interested in the pool and gym but no towels were present even when I inquired. Room was never serviced after the first night so I ended up putting out the “no thank you “ sign for nights 2 and 3."

"My staying experience was great however, there was a one Minor detail problem which can be taken care of easily the breakfast buffet was not as great as I expected I know that there are condiments to salt and pepper your food but it was the waffles that was my biggest concern they was as hard as a rock it was extremely burnt it would be burnt marks on the waffles itself Hopefully it can taken care in the future😁"

"The room was clean upon arrival but we did not receive a room refresh during our stay. I had to call down for towels. There was liter in the hallway that was there for our entire stay. I would not stay there again. "
