“There is parking for 3 vehicles if they are not very large SUV’s or trucks. The deck area in the back is nice, but small, and sits next to the AC units. We might not have explored enough to understand the “artsy” part of the area.”

“We had a great stay! We live in Savannah and experienced an unexpected power outage for a few days. We are a family of 5 including 3 young boys (9,7,3) and needed a comfortable place close to our house to be able to continue on with work and life AND THAT HAS AIR CONDITIONER! Well, the air conditioner works wonderfully (and is in fact brand new!). The boys think they are on vacation and haven't skipped a beat. The view is beautiful and the area feels really safe. Thanks for having us!”

“Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is perfect for exploring all of historic downtown, whether you’re wanting to shop along Broughton, check out River Street, or hop on a trolley to visit the squares. The listing was just as described, clean, comfortable, and great communication from the host. The building itself was not without its quirks (namely a dicey elevator, haha), but that’s to be expected in an older building. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Place is great but needs maintenance. Dryer vent was clogged. Ac vent was clogged. No curtains on the window in the master bedroom. But otherwise great place and location. We loved Savannah”
