“We spent a lovely 4 days here - the unit is very comfortable and well laid out and feels very spacious. The location is great, an easy walk to the lighthouse and the Sea Pines Center. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio overlooking the lagoon. Saw many birds just sitting there, and even the resident alligator one afternoon!”

“Fantastic location in center of Bluffton. Located right above Sipping Cow restaurant. We rented 2 bedroom. One of the bedrooms was right above utility room and you could hear all equipment when running. So if you are light sleeper might not be for you. Otherwise perfect!”

“Parking is sometimes a problem, but if you’re creative, you can find spots. My few complaints were handled immediately by the host and the only suggestion I might make is that some sort of a rubber-non slip mat in the shower would be beneficial to elderly guests. Hot water sometimes takes awhile to get up to temperature, but when it does there is plenty of it.”

“Very nice property, big and roomy. They provided one of the best welcome packets I’ve ever received with directions on how to use everything, including pictures, plus restaurant recommendations, directions, etc. The condo also had a nice stock of supplies, including trash bags, TP, tissues, etc., which was much appreciated. The location and proximity to Harbor Town couldn’t be beat! Would definitely stay here again.”

“The villa was great. It was clean from top to bottom. Which you always hope for and don’t always get. A+ for sheets, towels, bathrooms, furniture, rugs, refrigerator, oven, doors and deck. Really nice. My few thoughts…there are a number of outlets not working in bathrooms and bedrooms. I also appreciate your choice of simplicity in the kitchen in regard to glasses, dishes etc.which were all clean and neat. But a few more dishes you could pop in the oven or microwave might be helpful. It was a...

“Booked this property last minute (2 days before check-in). Had a great time with my family. The property was updated , spacious, clean, and accommodating. The villa is located on the fairway of the first tee of Harbor Town Golf Links. The property owner was very responsive and engaging with any questions we had. Would recommend this property. We look forward to our next stay and would give it a 5 star!”

“Great location in Sea Pines. Very close to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Preserve and Beach. Quiet upstairs condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Location and house/layout were great. We enjoyed our stay but the home needs a little TLC. One of the shower faucets won’t turn to hot so we essentially only had one full bath. Many light bulbs were out and a tv remote was missing. If these maintenance items are fixed, it will be a great place to stay for the price.”
