“We rented this property to do an away game night with friends and it was great. The set up was perfect. The view is stunning. The central space both upstairs (kitchen and living room) and downstairs are very open, leaving a great ability to interact with each other. Everything we needed was there, the beds were super comfortable. Also, I'm always nervous renting on here out of fear that the host won't communicate enough. That was never an issue. “Cottage was very clean, inviting and unique. Easy access to shops and restaurants as well as National Historical Park. The owners initiated most of the communications regarding check in and check out and communicated both emails and texting. Would love to come back and stay again!!”

The cottage is filled with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable, including those things that may have been left behind, like toothpaste and shampoo. It is exceptionally clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is ready for either cooking family meals or enjoying take-out. A bonus is the pond and an outdoor area. “This is the perfect family/friends getaway. Well decorated and fully stocked. We were there for a wedding so we didn't get to explore the area very much but it looks like there is much to do and see. Loved being in the woods and hearing the birds and trees rustle in the morning. Bedrooms were all great and beds comfortable. Host, Jason, was very responsive and accommodating. We would recommend a stay here!”

“It was a perfect little getaway for our soccer tournament. I would stay there again thank you very much for letting us stay.”

“We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again.”
