Cabin is so cozy and the decorations are real enjoyable and every where you look is something you didn't see before. Host was terrific to work with and helpul. "The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!!"

"It was a group of 4 of us for my birthday. I wanted a place secluded from people and this was 100% the place! It literally had everything we needed all in one spot. Water, fishing, fire, hot tub, beautiful view, bird watching. We were lucky to not have anyone staying in the cabin directly next to the one we chose. I think that’s the only downfall with this place is that there is one other cabin only feet away from the one we stayed at. I also would have preferred two queen beds instead of one...

"This charming cabin in the woods is perfectly set up for a peaceful getaway. We had fire pits under charming string lights, with comfortable Adirondack chairs, walks through the neighborhood that seemed like we were in a nature park. Everything was available to ensure we had a great time for family with young adults and toddler, infant, and two little dogs who had their own fenced play area!"

"My husband and I wanted to have a few days to ourselves. We love the area of Berkley Springs, so this was perfect for us. Relaxing in the hot tub, quiet neighborhood, walking the town and hiking in Cacapon State Park fit our agenda perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and comfy beds. Communication was excellent, especially when the power went out! It was only for a few hours, that is when we walked the town. Pet friendly was icing on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful get away"

Our cabin far exceeded expectations…clean, well decorated, river views watching bald eagles fly by ….all excellent. Mountain Mama’s had excellent communication and accessibility..even their own app. All their houses look amazing. Will return again."

"We really enjoyed the property. It was clean. Internet worked well. Washer and dryer was nice. Too cold to enjoy the hot tub for me. My suggestions are a new shower head, thank goodness I didn’t have to wash my hair. The flow is too spread out and not enough to efficiently rinse as you shower. Second is a cheaper Kcup machine would be nice. Traveling with ground coffee is not really ideal for a quick trip away. Third thing I suggest is two beach towels (minimum) for the use of the hot tub. "Beautiful property with lovely views! We saw a fox, deer, and geese. Nicely secluded, but still close to major cities and great base-camp for sightseeing in the area. Upstairs can get a bit warm, master bedroom mattress is very firm (some may not like that), and 3rd bedroom mattress was uncomfortable according to my college aged daughters. Overall fabulous stay. Owner communication was great too! My husband said he would buy the property if it came up for sale."

"We came into town to see a show at Charles Town Casino. The location was perfect! We loved the view of the river. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed a great dinner at Mi Dellagado and an excellent breakfast at the Mountain View Diner. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area."
