"Upon arrival 7:30 PM, the room was not ready, went to dinner came back the door to the room would not close and lock. They offered another room. The inside lock was missing. The carpet was filthy. The toilet wasn’t clean. There was cereal in the Kleenex holder. I had to drive to next town to find a room. After advising expedia.com of my dissatisfaction they were able to refund . Without a reservation other motels were full had to drive 30 minutes to next town and without a reservation there it...
