9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,494 reviews)
We booked this a hotel because it was close to St Anthonys hospital, where my wife was having surgery the next morning at 5AM. That evening we arrived, the restaurant was closed. The bar had seating but was very loud. And only seats available were tall stools. I asked several times if they would call us when one shorter table became open but we were met with shrugs. We went back up to the room, (difficult as my wife was on a walker) and I came down to order takeout. When I walked in a kind customer said she was finished and was going to ask them to call us and give us her low table. I had to “tip” the manager $10 to hold the table while I went back upstairs to get my wife. Kinda poor service for this quality of hotel. And just cheesy for a person to treat someone using a walker this way. Hope they enjoyed the $10. Won’t be staying here again, and my company sure wont.
