Elegant 130 sqm apartment located on the fifth floor with elevator and with a beautiful sunny terrace from which to admire the Roman sunsets. The most beautiful squares and streets of Rome are within a few minutes walk. Piazza di Spagna is only 500m walking distance from the apartment as well as the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is located in Via della Mercede, located close to the "Tridente", at approx. 5 minutes from Piazza di Spagna and the most important shopping streets in Rome; it is also close to Piazza di San Silvestro, where you can visit the Acqua Pia Antica Marcia building.The square would be the most important transport hub in Rome with tramways and bus lines connecting the city centre and Rome suburbs; now it has been turned into a pedestrian area. Metro Station (Piazza di Spagna), line A ELECTRONIC GATES' OPERATING HOURS 6:30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) 10:00 am to 7 pm, on Saturdays (except on public holidays) Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to urban and suburban bus terminus. Metrebus Card owners can park for free \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== Elegant 130 sqm apartment located on the fifth floor with elevator and with a beautiful sunny terrace from which to admire the Roman sunsets. The most beautiful squares and streets of Rome are within a few minutes walk. Piazza di Spagna is only 500m walking distance from the apartment as well as the Trevi Fountain. The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Entering the house there is a large entrance, on the left is the living room and to the right of the entrance you find the hallway leading to an informal dining area with a balcony (with a utility room and boiler room), and kitchen. Air conditioning units only in the living room and 1 bedroom with double bed. The living room, furnished with two sofa beds (190cm X 120cm), a TV corner with DVD player and a dining table for up to 4 people. From here you step out onto the terrace -overlooking Via della Mercede- furnished with a table seating up to 6 and a sun umbrella. The master bedroom comes with a double bed (160cm X 190cm), a small table perfect for a quick breakfast, a big closet and a sunny window opening out onto the terrace; the second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The kitchen is small but equipped with oven, stove,refridgerator, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The kitchen has a window which offers a splendid view of the Pennone del Quirinale. The bathroom is equipped a large shower cabin, basin, bidet and toilette. The washing machine is in the bathroom.
