“We travel a lot and this might have been our favorite stay and spot we have stayed in very long time. It was one of the best suites we've ever had and the owners of the hotel were even better to work with. I couldn't recommend staying here more and if I could give it a 6 STAR review I would!! We will travel back to the area specifically to stay here again!”

“Great location. Nice clean room. I requested an ocean view and they were able to accommodate me. Air-conditioner worked great. They provided a lot of towels in the room! And that seems to be less common these days. Great stay overall. Also, Duke was the best part of the check in. He's a good boy.”

“This hotel is located within easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants in the downtown area. It doesn’t have A/C which wasn’t an issue for us in September. Most rooms have shared toilets and showers, but we booked a queen suite which included its own bathroom. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor so with no elevator, you have to bring your luggage up three small flights of stairs (about 25 steps). There is a shared kitchen available with a microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, Kuerig……

“The location was extremely close to everything in walking distance. The staff were really nice. Breakfast nothing special, just your regular American fixings. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom clean. My only problem was the A/C making so much noise. We came during a heatwave, and I had to use my earplugs to sleep with that noise. Hopefully heating system is more quiet for those traveling in winter. The bonus was the rooftop terrace. Nobody was up there when I went and enjoyed the……

“The property is situated on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. It’s stunning! The room was large with high ceilings and an industrial design, which I loved. The hotel is very convenient to downtown Astoria and easily walkable. The sea lions are a bit noisy but the hotel offers ear plugs and a white noise machine that drowned out their noise. The staff is friendly and helpful. I didn’t care for the trans flag. I’d rather see an American flag. I don’t need to be reminded of what anybody prefers……

“Loved having the Columbia River right out the back bolcany watching ships and boats go by. Warm cookies at night and being chauffeured to town was a delightful and memorable experience!”

“The check in experience was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Walked us through some additional options which we elected to take. In the hotel is a charming little bar. Perfect for us to relax at.”
