"I booked this place for a retreat with my brother who is turning 50. This was a brothers only trip to the coast. The house was PERFECT for what we wanted to do which was enjoy good food (steaks, lobster), they have a beautiful, well thought out and well stocked kitchen. Movies, they have numerous TVs all over the place with the main home theater being a 75 inch 4K TV with bluray player. They have a gorgeous game room with ping pong and billiards in the garage. "Two huge Great Rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and two kitchens made this a great spot for three families to share. A big deck that ends right at the sand made access to the beach effortless with little ones."

"Great location, 2 blocks from the beach on the quieter south end of town. Nice restaurant and convenient market right down the street. House was overall clean, we did notice the heater for the house did not function well, only circulated air (avg temp in house was 62, so not that bad but needed a sweatshirt, thermostat was set at 80 when we got there but just in fan only mode, heat mode did not work). It seemed only space heater in bathroom and bunk room worked."

"The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."
