“I am very disappointed of booking this residence. We stay there in hot season August, and there is no light on the roads inside the residence in the night, which is unbelievable! When we go outside in the night, we need to use torch! The bedrooms are very small and NO wardrobe, so we do not have places to put our clothes in the bedrooms! It is not convinient at all. “The flat is on the 18th floor of a tower block. The entrance to it was an unnumbered corrugated tunnel. After many tries, one person took me to it. I could have been walking around a week and would not have found it. The host did not recognise a photo of an Esso garage to indicate my whereabouts. It is literally yards / metres from the flat.
