“Our refrigerator/freezer leaked all over the floor and didn't keep our drinks cool. There were wet towels left in the sink in the wet bar and the bathroom had hairs on the floor. The pool had way too much chlorine in it and the hottub was dirty around the edges and smelled mildewy, Just not as good of an experience for the money and nothing like it used to be. there needs to be a full cleaning and update in the pool area as well as some of the amenities in the rooms, such as furniture and……

“Room clean.”

“性价比高的酒店,旁边加油站方便加油和买饮料，距离市中心很近。早餐可以，前台员工很友善又愿意帮忙。推荐入住。”

“What a pleasant surprise: A safe, well maintained hotel with an immaculate room and bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, clean microwave and 3.5 cu ft refrigerator, a nice included breakfast, responsive and professional staff and everything worked. And it was affordable. Lovely. If we return to Galena, we will stay there. Absolutely zero complaints.”

“A lovely hotel. Close to the town. Easy parking. Cozy and clean room. Friendly owner. Definitely it’s a great experience to stay overnight when you visit galena. ”

“only stayed one night....but comfortable.”

“Love the views and outdoor facilities ”

“The room was clean and it had a nice fireplace.”

“Very helpful checkin staff and the bar/restaurant was right there. Easy in and easy out.”

“Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.”

“We enjoyed the hot tub.”

“Nice place to stay, room was really nice”

“This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.”

“Loved the fact that I didn’t have to drive anywhere everything you need is here .”
