It is fully furnished in a traditional farmhouse style typical of the region and consists of 3 double, 2 single rooms with 2 bathrooms, a private garden and swimming pool.
Located in beautiful countryside, it is peaceful and quiet but not isolated, you are only minutes from the towns of Piégut-Pluviers 4km and Nontron, 8km.
We are situated within walking distance of the picturesque village of Saint Estephe which has a bakery, Post Office and bar, it is also close to the Grand Etang de St Estephe Lake with its swimming area, boardwalk, picnic area, playground and snack bars.
The area is popular for birdwatching and walking/rambling or if you prefer you can laze around your own private pool or spend time at the lake, visit local markets, châteaux and a range of other attractions.
For those more action oriented visitors, you can go golfing, fishing and cycling or take part in some horse riding. We have a number of leisure bikes that you are free to borrow, we do not supply helmets so you will need to provide your own.

Entering from the gated patio area you will enter in the hallway with the large open plan kitchen and dining area. This leads into the expansive reception room with a varied selection of sofas and chairs ensuring your comfort. There is also a large characteristic stone fireplace housing the wood burner.
The upper level contains the five bedrooms, a shower and bathroom, there is also a balcony that offers panoramic view of the local countryside and garden.
