“This is a gorgeous new property with so much potential. It was a little difficult to find, as Apple Maps directed us to a different location than Google Maps (not the hotel’s fault), but once we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the property was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep due to a lack of soundproofing. There happened to be some kind of celebration the night we stayed, so drunk people were walking past……

“The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is……

“fair room feature, poor service. fair breadfast.
there was one night room with no water at 8pm, went down to reception to ask is problem in my room, and wait for 30 mins still no feedback, and have to go down to reception to ask again, and finally said it is the city issue, entire street with no water until next day 4am, i was shocked since not even have water to flush toilet and ask if there bottle water provided, reception only said she need ask boss then also no feedback again. please train……
