Es un estudio muy agradable, nuevo, de buena calidad, totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia corta o larga. La conexión a internet es excelente muy bonita el centro de la ciudad. Se ubica a solo 20 minutos caminando del centro de San Cristobal. Hay una lavandería buena y no cara a escasos 50 metros caminando de la propiedad.

Cerca también hay tiendas pequeñas donde encontrar frutas y verduras y también una calle comercial con varios lugares para comprar comestibles.

Por ubicarse en una segunda planta, la temperatura es muy agradable, caliente y seca.
