Family aunts and nieces trip!

The house was a perfect size, great location for us and had everything we needed. The "garage" and outdoor space was fun but we were never able to get the sauna working, even after contacting the management. That was something we all were really looking forward to so were disappointed. The first night we got there after traveling we weren't able to take a shower in one of the bathrooms. The first person that showered had to stop because the water was backing up and not draining. We texted and called management and they eventually responded saying they would send a plumber. Plumber came the next day around 11:30 and had to snake it. Overall the management was responsive, but not as immediate as I've experienced in other rentals. Overall a good stay.

Plant paradise

Beautiful property. Management very responsive when I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the sauna. Loved all of the succulents in the backyard.. plant paradise. Everything was clean and peaceful.

Beach Getaway

Our stay was pleasant. The place was clean and exactly like the pictures. We had a few questions and received an immediate response. The home is near everything for a great getaway at the beach.

Beach base camp

Very close to the beach and also walkable to restaurants. Backyard is lovely. No bathtub inside the house which was difficult with small kids. Otherwise great!

Great Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful time in San Diego - the location was ideal. We were disappointed the fire pit didn’t work, but the sauna was a fun bonus and we were out and about most of the time. Parking is outside of the house and wherever you can find along the street - but the neighborhood is safe and beautiful ! Highly recommend!!

Lovely Property

This house hit all the right points on our list! It was big enough to house three adults and three kids for a week. Great location, close to the beach, freeways, grocery stores. Very clean and organized inside. Nice little backyard with toys for kids. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect PB family spot

The location is beyond convenient to just about everything in the Mission Beach / PB / La Jolla area. House has everything a family may need for a trip to the beach and the converted garage and backyard is a great hang space for kiddos and adults. House is comfortable and clean. We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Daughter’s 18 Birthday Celebration

Love the location. Property was very clean. Had all the necessities. Overall great stay. Only issue, lots of tree trimming. Saws was very loud.

Great Summer Escape

Great place for a getaway with friends. Good location with shops, coffee and brunch very close. Easy walk to the Beach. Property managers had clear and prompt communication. Upstairs shower & drain needs some attention, otherwise everything in great order. Thanks!
