This house has no cable TV, only Netflix. The WiFi was not working when we arrived. After 2 nights of no TV, we agreed to stay home for 2 hours while the repair man came to fix it. He did, but we found out on the 3rd night that the internet, and therefore Netflix, were not working. The repairman had to come back again, this time with the house manager, and it was finally fixed. So, of the 4 nights we stayed here, we only had Netflix one night. If there were cable TV, this problem might have been avoided. While the owner apologized, she was unpleasant at the end of our stay and refused to compensate us for having no TV, except during the last 16 hours of our stay.
