“We arrived on a Friday earlier than normal check-in. Contacted the host and made arrangements for and early check-in. The property was clean and right in the middle of town. Easy access to everything. Communication with the host was effortless. Very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book this listing next time we are in Sayulita. ”

“When searching for a place to stay in Sayulita for 3 weeks, we were looking for a pool, ac, a location that allowed us to easily walk into town but was separate from the chaos, in an authentically Mexican styled building. We got all that and more. Xochitlan does a great job of combining modern amenities with Mexican charm. The place was very clean, the host Coco was available and helpful, the property manager Miguel fixed minor issues quickly, a cleaner came by every couple of days. The pool……

“My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, you are literally seconds away from everything you could want. The beach is a minute walk, plenty of shops and restaurants and night life all around you. Staff was lovely and very welcoming :) it got a little loud at night but we were already aware this was the case given you are in the heart of it all! Would recommend this to anyone. “Really great spot that is walking distance to town. A lot quieter and less busy than downtown. fantastic pool. Noisy neighbours (barn animals) so I recommend bringing ear plugs. The space has everything you need. ”

“Es un hotel muy agradable y bonito, Las habitaciones son bonitas y confortables, aunque el aire acondicionado no estuvo funcionando bien. La mayoría del personal no es atento excepto Jazmin que fue súper atenta y con una excelente actitud de servicio. La comida es demasiado cara, en lugar de que los alimentos fueron más accesibles los clientes no tendrían la necesidad de salir fuera a consumir. La playa es muy bonita y privada. Como sugerencia, sería importante que ofrecieran el transporte……
