"This trip was special after my spouse got back from a long trip to Indiana. We had a great evening in town drank a little bit to much lol but were safe and had absolutely no problems get back to our room. My wife enjoyed the pool and we slept in the next day. The pool needed cleaning on Saturday and the staff was informed. Looking forward to enjoying our next trip together. "

"The AC in the main bedroom was loud and needs service. Fan blades may be rubbing causing noise. TV remote control batteries indicated that they were low. Over all the room was spacious and nice. "

"Our stay at Hotel Araiza SLC was exceptional from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience, every single person, from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant team and even the security guard at the gate, was courteous, polite, and incredibly helpful. The pool was clean and perfectly warm, and we loved that the restaurant staff brought out menus while we relaxed. The lemonade was especially refreshing, and the service overall was fast and excellent. Our room was comfortable, the AC was just right for a restful night’s sleep, and we especially appreciated the fully stocked minibar with great snack and drink options. Fast internet and a generous breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food options were the cherry on top. Highly recommend!"

"What can I say we checked in July 3rd and checked out on July 5th we loved and enjoyed our stay!!! The hosts were amazing we arrived earlier than anticipated and they were able to accommodate an early check in.. when we arrived to the condo it was super quick check in reception was super nice and very helpful the condo was more than what we expected super clean and it had everything we needed we will definitely be saving this location and going back I miss it already great hosts they respond quickly… the swim up bar is a plus and the convince store is so great to have in the lobby area…. "

"Our family had a truly magical experience at this beach retreat. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed, including brand new grills outside, which we used several nights while enjoying the serene lagoon and stunning views. The beach was just footsteps away, and we loved venturing out during low tide to catch crabs and search for beautiful shells with our kiddos. It was a joy to release the crabs back into the water after our adventures, and during high tide, we enjoyed swimming in the ocean.One of the highlights was kayaking, which we absolutely loved. Michael, our host, was incredibly communicative, friendly, and accommodating. We thought we had a fridge issue, but he was quick to reassure us and ready to resolve it in no time. The beds were exceptionally comfortable; I don’t think I’ve ever slept as well as I did during our week-long stay.We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer in the unit, which wasn't mentioned but was a great convenience for washing our clothes before heading home. The community felt safe, peaceful, and simply amazing. We can't wait to return!"

"We booked this property for a family reunion with my siblings and celebrated two birthdays and fathers day while there. You kind of need to plan your day around the high tide schedule, but once you know at what time you will get water up to the house planning for activities is a breeze. The house is very well equiped with all we needed from cookware to puzzles to keep us entertained. The property manager is outstanding, made us feel welcomed, and was quick on communication and a great source of information. We will definitely stay here again."

We did have a hard time reaching the owner as we were wanting to add a day to our stay, but we worked it out by staying somewhere else for one night. Owner communication was great the last time we stayed here, so it’s probably not the norm for it to be tough to reach them. Thanks for sharing your place with us!"

"We stayed at this lovely home with our dogs for 5 days. The house was very clean and the back yard was perfect for our pups. When we arrived, the washer was broken but we contacted Arturo (host) and he sent out someone to fix it straight away. While this home isn't in the heart of Puerto Pensasco, if you're looking for a quiet place with beach access, this is the place for you. Very comfortable home!"
