“I like that at the moment we arrived, the entire staff members were very helpful and welcoming! Good food and fresh(love breakfast)!! A small hotel but comfortable/clean.Many small stores/restaurants to shop around.Easy access to transportation. “Property was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was able to book reservations to restaurants, book activities for us, and get us taxis whenever we needed. The hotel is located near the clock tower with many restaraunts and shops nearby. I recommend trying fritos la mona for authentic street food, la esquina de pan de bono, and epoca cafe. The included daily breakfast is made to order and is execptional. The rooftop is also one of the best.”

“The staff are extremely kind and attentive. I was a solo traveler and felt welcomed and familiar with everyone. The room I got was a little noisy, but traffic is noisy in general. A beautiful church and park is located walking distance behind the hotel. Breakfast had a large area just for fruits. Their fruits have a rich and complex taste. Breakfast had many options that satisfy any diet. The area El Cabrero es located close to a main avenue that communicates with many parts of the city. It is……

“Staff was absolutely helpful , they are wonderful! Property is an older building, and their air conditioning system needs to be upgraded or redone, as room never really cools off. We enjoyed their food, service was excellent, kind and carrying staff. Main complain is Air conditioning. Thank you for a great experience ! ❤️”
