“If you are looking for an all inclusive in Cartagena then look no further. Not many hotels in the area offer all inclusive like in other countries. This hotel is located on the beach which is the best thing since it is semi private. As a tourist trust me this is what you want. Public beaches are crowded and full of vendors trying to hustle you. The food is plenty and all day so you never go hungry. It has two large pools thatvare well maintained. One for planned activities, children, and pool……

“The hotel has all the potential to be the best hotel in Cartagena. Great convenient location close to everything, its own beach, great swimming pools. However, it sad to see how poorly maintained the hotel is. It is falling apart. I would guess that the problem is poor management. - pools were dirty - the walls/ sides of the pools - room towels and sheets were thin and old - the walls of the building are falling apart - lack of paint. - gardens seem poor. - beach was dirty - the birds eat……

“Es la tercera vez que hospedo aquí, soy mexicana y siempre reservo por Expedía, y en esta ocasión al hacer mi check inn me salieron con que tenía que pagar un impuesto de $78 dólares porque en mi reserva solo reservé mi habitación y no lo hice en paquete con desayuno incluido , y al no ser en paquete tenía que pagar ese impuesto de si o si, el cual es un cobro excesivo y abusivo, carente de lógica en su narrativa l, que según por la leyes regulatorias es un impuesto nuevo, y no te dan solución……

“We went to the port on a Tuesday afternoon and it was easy to find the staff. They also communicate by WhatsApp. The boat rides went fine. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. If you want a second cup of coffee during the breakfast, you'll have to flag the staff down. The hotel room was good and we liked the bed. Lots of beach loungers with shade available during the midweek. Food was good, but a bit pricey. Beach was nice, the water could be rough if boats pass by. The……

“The rooms were beautiful. Staff super friendly. The breakfast incuded a hot drink and cold drink plus a meal. I recommend the lemonade. It is freshly squeezed. If you prefer your coffee, latte, cappuccino sweet, make sure to ask for sugar. They will bring it all to your room. We had the waffles w fruit and the perico (eggs) with arepa. Delicious!!!! The staff was so nice and friendly. Every person we encountered was great and very helpful. They gave suggestions and told us where we can go.……
