### Coeur | The Rentals Collection

The Coeur Apartment is noted for its great location in the heart of the city: the Old Quarter. Located in 31 de Agosto St., this street is well Known to be the only street in San Sebastian that didn't got burned during the Independence War in 1813\. 31 de Agosto St. is also the temple of the best restaurants and bars in San Sebastian. In fact, it's been selected by The New York Times as one of the best 12 urban streets in Europe. The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of an ancient building with no elevator. The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, open kitchen and living area. Its location is just perfect, in the heart of the city and a few steps from La Concha beach.
