FREE Wi-Fi and optional parking for 2 cars. In a contemporary building by architect Luis Peña Ganchegui, the Treasure apartment is a flat with views of Santa Clara Island, La Concha beach, Igeldo, Urgull, and Ondarreta beach. The apartment is located in a closed and quiet community, on the first floor with a lift. The open floor plan of the apartment provides abundant natural light and allows the sea breeze to flow through it. The unique location makes it possible to hear the ocean waves but not the traffic of Miraconcha. It is spacious (166m2) with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and large living room with dining area (with capacity for 10) and fold-down double bed. The main bedroom has bay views, a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and garden views. The third bedroom has fold-down bunk beds and is ideal for children. Two full bathrooms in front of these rooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. There is a private parking space in a closed garage with space for two cars. From the complex there is a private lift to Paseo de Miraconcha, so going to the beach is quick and easy. The nearest supermarket is also just a few steps from the lift. The views are beautiful throughout the year and are perfect for enjoying fireworks during the Big Week in August, rowing regattas in September, and other sporting and cultural events. ## 住宿服务设施 ### 沙滩 - Check-in was pretty seamless, the only issue was that the parking situation wasn't very clear. Parking garage vs. street. It was a little deceiving but not a big deal.
