Esta casa cuenta con magníficas vistas y está situada a solo unas cuadras del famoso distrito de artes y artesanías de Canyon Road. Casa Apodaca ofrece vistas de la cordillera Sangre De Cristo y una gran sala espaciosa y cómoda para que todos se reúnan con su televisor de pantalla plana de 65 "y su confortable aire acondicionado. La casa cuenta con 2,800 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Hay un dormitorio principal privado con chimenea Kiva, ventilador de techo y puertas dobles a un patio cerrado en un ala de la casa y dos habitaciones king size en el otro ala. Un rey puede convertirse en dos gemelos y dos sofás cama en la sala de estar para invitados adicionales. Dos de las habitaciones y la gran sala se abren a un hermoso patio que es un diseño tradicional español de esta región. Las puertas y ventanas permiten abundante luz natural en toda la casa. Large bedrooms, with the master on the left side of the home & the other 2 bedrooms on the right side. Room temperatures are controlled by individual LG units. The main living area has two large seating areas & a very large dining table. From the main living area there are 2-3 steps down to the master bedroom, 2-3 steps up to the other 2 bedrooms & bathroom and 3-4 steps down into the kitchen. My husband uses a walker because of vertigo issues, and he was able to navigate the steps in the home. The TV & Wi-Fi were good for our needs. The Two Casitas management team responded quickly to our communications. There were more than adequate amounts of dishwasher & laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Check-in & out were quick & easy. The welcome gifts were a nice surprise. It was spacious, comfortable, and had several great spaces for the kids and pets to play. The only small criticism is they need is to stock the kitchen with more and higher quality pots and pans and improvements to a few kitchen items, like a better coffee maker. We spent every morning on the front porch watching hummingbirds and the lovely August weather. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable with extra towels provided - rare for a VRBO. Our only complaint was the kitchen. There are minimal tools for cooking and the knives were dull (we tend to cook at least 2 of 3 meals per day in a VRBO when we stay). Plan to do a good grocery shopping prior to arriving - there won't be items remaining from past guests like aluminum foil, baggies, extra spices, etc. like typical VRBOs. There were plenty of dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, paper towels, and toilet paper. This was our second stay at a two casitas property and it was perfect. The home was lovely and VERY SPACIOUS! the separation of the bedrooms offfers a lot of privacy and the sunroom off the back was the perfect work from home spot. Welcome bottle of wine and chips was great! And the check out process (lock the door and go!) is so easy. Wish all rentals were like this. There are a lot of steps! 3 sets of 3-5 steps Up and down to kitchen and bedrooms, so was a bit tricky having toddlers and could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues.
