"We could not have picked a better place to stay for our trip to Santa Fe. I stayed at this home with my husband and MIL for 3 nights at the end of April. We all agreed this home was the highlight of our trip. Everything is so thoughtfully done from the furnishings to the decor to the amenities provided. The views day and night are spectacular. "We loved the house and amenities. It was a little difficult to find because (1) the address was hidden and (2). It was in between 820B and 820C which was confusing. The location was great."

"The home was amazing-great location, beautiful and comfortable furnishings. 3 bathrooms with an incredible amount of drawers and closet areas . When we arrived, there was fresh flowers, a welcome note and a cookbook. We also had fun after sightseeing, returning to the house, playing shuffleboard and numerous games Kelly was very responsive to our numerous requests My friends and I highly recommend this home"

"Great location and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the fridge & ice maker. T.V. & fireplace were great & loved the big table for our games. Liked looking at the books. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and disappointed not to have coffee our first morning and had to go to the store to buy. Please have the key available for the back door lock just in case anyone would need to exit for emergency."

"The property was clean and comfortable, especially the mattresses! Welcome was sweet with chips and salsa. Check-in- flawless. Location was good. Had a grocery store and food trucks two blocks from casita. Overall, a nice place to land after a day of sightseeing."

"We loved the sleeping arrangements. 4 fully furnished rooms nestled between a cozy living space, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and nice dining area. The record player was a nice touch that we enjoyed, and we got good use out of the hot tub and wood fireplace on the chilly fall nights. Check in and check out was simple and straight forward. Decently walkable during the day, but not as ideal when going in to town at night as the neighborhoods are pretty dark."

"Thank you for a great trip. It's a terrific house and the location is just right for easy walks into town and home at night after dinners out. Private, quiet, cozy - lovely furnishings and well-equipped for everyone. (The extra heater in the bathroom was a treat as it was still wintery during our visit - but we were quite warm.) A few tour books on the shelf were helpful as well. We can't wait to come back!"

"Beautiful casita! Clean, safe, quiet, the perfect location. We walked everywhere. There are two outdoor patios where you can relax. The king bed is luxurious and the kitchen is fully stocked. Victoria is a great communicator. We hope to return soon! Thankyou Victoria!"

"Loved the casita. It was colorful, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen items, bathroom supplies and dishes. Great location! You can park your car there and walk to town for museums and meals."

"This house was perfect for our family to adventure out of for our first visit to Santa Fe. It's location is great as you can just walk in quickly (10-15 mins max) and be right in the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, the Railway area, or Canyon road galleries. Walking all the side neighborhoods is the whole fun of exploring that area...so much to see and also sooo much good food everywhere (there is a nice market and food truck pod with yummy donuts and such on street over!) The house is on a busy street...

"Loved this property and location! Most comfortable/clean accommodations, lovingly decorated and beautifully furnished. Best part, however, was the location. Very short walk to the heart of downtown Plaza and Railyard district. Owner and property manager very responsive and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again when in Sante Fe."

"Away from busy town but within walking distance, just a hike up a hill. Areas that need attention are the leaking kitchen faucet and mold in bathroom near shower."
