“During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. “Staff was helpful and friendly! Hotel maintenance needs improvement. There were bugs in the kitchen area and bathroom floor. Worst offense was the shower was not functional …...the knob to pull up for the shower function was not attached to the plumbing so only the tub was available! I don’t do tubs and was very difficult to lower myself to wash my hair. This is unacceptable. So, Candlewood Suites, fix the shower in Room 302!”
