Location & house were great!The reason for the low score is for lack of cust service with the mgmt company, BeachWalk Vacations.We utilize a GC every time we vacay on 30A & know exactly how far we can go/take same routes so that we don’t run out of battery life.The GC was charged prior to checking in Sat & stayed plugged in till we took it out Sun afternoon.We got stranded on 30A during a busy time for traffic!Luckily, 2 men pulled over to help my husband push the GC onto the side of the road in the sand/dirt.We called cust service (which was before the end of business hrs) & there was ZERO concern for our safety or attempt to really help us.We were treated as if it was our fault and told we shouldve charged it over night (which we did!).The GC didn’t hold its charge as it should’ve.We were told we needed to find our own way back to the rental home via an Uber, etc.They wouldn't help us with this (nor reimburse us for the Uber).They stated they would have it towed back to the house.We’ve never used Uber & the location we was stuck in had a lot of trees which caused our phones to have poor reception.It was difficult to download the Uber app just to get us back to the house approx 5 miles away.We hadn’t been to the house 15 min and cust service called telling us the GC had been charged & we had to go pick it up!!There was 1 bar of battery life, we only got 1 mile further and stuck AGAIN! Also, no info provided that a fob was needed for pool so didn’t get to use it.
