The Condo was on the first floor, which was great. We got to see several deer from the patio. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, spices, and cooking utensils. We have been to this resort before and loved our experience .

My biggest complaint with most properties we stay in is the cleanliness. NOT THIS CONDO!! It was absolutely stunning and spotless. We had everything we could have needed the entire trip. The grounds are beautiful. We used the grills one night. I will say the fire pit was not working - that is no fault of the owners. We hade 2 teenagers with us so the boat ride to the beach wasn’t an issue, but for those of you with small kids it would not be ideal to tote all that back and forth. We were close to all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Again, I cannot say enough about the updated, clean condo !! 10 stars for sure!!

Best Family Beach Vacation

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. It is truly perfect. We loved everything. The beds are so comfortable. It was extremely clean. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have seen in a rental unit. The pool and the beach are heavenly. We will be back.

Always a great time!

This is our third year staying in this condo and we love it. The owners are great to work with and the condo is always clean and well stocked. The property is quiet and has great amenities. We love this place and will continue to vacation here!

Family Beach Vacation

Beautiful property. Love the renovations. The boat shuttle was easy to use and having a chair and umbrella setup by the ocean was great. Enjoyed the pool area (especially the adults only pool). Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would book this place again.

Beautiful and Peaceful

We had a wonderful, relaxing week. The condo was spotless at check in, and was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The back patio is so peaceful, a wonderful place to watch the deer and birds in the morning. It’s very convenient that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful! We love Sanctuary at Redfish. It is amazing and not crowded at all. The amenities are phenomenal and having the option to paddleboard or kayak in the lake while also having access to the beach is second to none. Definitely recommend Sanctuary as well as this unit!

Everything we expected and more.

We have stayed at Redfish for the past few years. This is by far the best condo we’ve stayed in except for the view. However, it was quiet where we were, and wildlife can be seen all around. The beds are very comfortable. We cooked in the condo several meals and there was every appliance and cooking utensil we needed. The 2 chair 1 umbrella set up is a good deal as I always purchase another set since we need 4 since and we choose not to take our own. We love boat captain Kristina! I would definitely recommend this condo. We hope to book again for next year.

Great condo and location

We loved the condo and the unique set up of the beach. It is such an easy ride over on the pontoon boat to the beach. My kids loved playing in the dune lake as much as the ocean! Condo was a nice set up with seperation of each room so everyone had privacy. Kitchen was well stocked even with spices and K cups which we appreicated. Even left some of our own for future guests! Owners very communicative when i had questions. Thank you!

Beautifully kept and well appointed

What a beautiful property. Everything from furniture in good shape, to stocked spices, every available cooking appliance and accessible complex was perfect. I am a wheelchair user and was able to get nearly everywhere independently on the property. I suggest property management adjust the pool deck lift so it can be operated by the wheelchair user independently. (Likely a key turn). My kids adored the pools. Seeing deer from the balcony was a morning treat. The walls are well built and there is zero neighbor noise. Everything was just beautiful. The hosts are excellent and very responsive. We were able to snag a few extra days and really enjoyed them.

A Vrbo Favorite!

This property was one of the most beautiful, well stocked, highest quality properties we have ever stayed at through Vrbo. The quality of everything at the condo was top notch which makes such a difference when cooking meals and relaxing at our “home away from home”. We appreciated how well stocked everything was from coffee pods and spices for cooking to aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Those small details make all the difference! The owners/property managers were quick to respond to our questions and great to work with. The short boat ride to the beach was fun and relaxing and the chairs and umbrella included on the beach were great! The pool area with multiple pools and jacuzzis made things feel private and uncrowded. The grills in the pool area were great too and we enjoyed grilling out while enjoying a refreshing swim. We definitely plan to return and will look to use this same condo again.

Wouldn’t change a thing!

We are always on the hunt for a great, family friendly property that will feel at least a little bit like a vacation for us too. This was the first time we’ve booked in the 30A area, and I can’t imagine any place being better. It was clean, fit our family of 5 (3 kids ages 3-7), and in an ideal location. The porch on the back was nice to spend time playing games as a family. If you’re looking for a lot of restaurants within walking distance, this may not be your place to stay, but we cooked most dinners in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (blender, pots and pans, and even a cheese grater). We are already planning our next trip!

Always a great vacation!

Second time to this property and condo. Love staying here and this unit is always very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoy the outdoor area to watch birds and deer walking by. Also enjoy the pontoon service to beach and beach chair setup. Will be back again! Thank you to Philip for early check in as well.

Beach Trip

The condo was above our expectations. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Loved the pools, hot tub and the beach was beautiful. The only negative was the steps to get off the pontoon. There were no hand rails and made it difficult for my mother to get off. But there is a board walk not to far just a longer walk. We had a great stay!

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our fourth summer at Sanctuary at Redfish. We love the property and everything it has to offer. The pools are fantastic and always one of my kids' favorite activities of our vacation. The boat ride to the beach is quick and easy and the boat captains are friendly and fun. We loved the condo! Compared to the other condos we have stayed at Sanctuary, it was by far the most well stocked in the kitchen. It had everything! We even got to try some new favorite spices! Loved the location of the condo on the first floor. It was at the opposite end of the building from the pools (i.e. very quiet). The owner's were easy to communicate with and prompt with their responses. We had a fantastic vacation and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone interested in the Santa Rosa Beach area!
