Paradise by the beach
Gaspar, the host, was amazing. His recommendations were perfect, and the place was immaculate. Well worth the price we paid. 10/10 would stay again!

Lovely apartment, perfect location
My 18 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this wonderful apartment. Located on a quiet street in walking distance to everything (beach, shops, restaurants and many grocery stores). Walking to the port was no more than a 15 min walk. The outdoor spaces were great to have, we spent wonderful mornings and evenings on the front patio.

Impressions of Carrer Sant Antoni 11
The property was small although we did expect that. There was no air con in the house but the two bedrooms each had a fan, one which worked well but was extremely noisy and the second was completely ineffectual. We found that the contents of the house were quite sparse and there was no kettle in the kitchen. Gasper did bring us a kettle but was unable to provide a second working fan due to personal reasons. The refrigerator could not cope with food and drink for three adults and quickly iced up at the rear. We felt the property lacked home comforts and with some additions would be much nicer. The garden area was lovely if a bit disjointed and there were only two sunbeds for a four bed property. Having said this Gasper was very accommodating when we contacted him also the proximity to the beach and to the centre of Cala D'or was great.

Perfect for a getaway in the sunshine
The house is well located in a quiet residential area of Cala D'Or that is a short walk away from a three different beach coves. There's a large super market in walking distance and an abundance of bars and restaurants near to the beaches. The harbour is a particularly nice spot for a meal or a drink. The house is just as represented in the listing - very simply furnished but clean and easy to use, with plenty of outside space for eating, lying in the sun or drying clothes. Access to the house was easy (via a lock box) and communication with the owners was excellent. We were only there for a short trip but would definitely stay there again.

Great house in a great location
We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication before and during our stay was excellent and it had everything we needed for our stay. My only slight disappointment is that there is no longer a BBQ at the property as there had been an issue with a previous guest and a complaint from the next door neighbour and we were looking forward to lots of opportunities for BBQs but there are so many great restaurants nearby that we used instead.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super sauber und zentral gelegen. Die Beschallung der umliegenden Hotels hat ab und an gestört. Ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien hätte ich mir gewünscht. Und unbedingt mückenspray mitbringen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben uns tolle Infos gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub gehabt.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur Cala d'Or. L'emplacement près des commerces et des plages est appréciable, même si le prix à payer est d'avoir un peu de circulation dans la rue. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description qui en est faite, et nous avons apprécié les bons conseils de Gaspar pour les visites et les restaurants.

La casa de Gaspar es un reducto de paz y tranquilidad. Espaciosa y con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable y con mucha tranquilidad. Próxima al centro y a la vez alejada del tumulto. Una gran baza de este alojamiento, sus ventiladores en el techo de los dormitorios, un gustazo para las noches calurosas🤗. Muchas gracias a Gaspar ,el dueño, persona hospitalaria, acogedora y atenta. Recomendamos encarecidamente este lugar.

Estancia estupenda en familia en Cala D'Or
Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Cala D'Or. La casa está perfectamente ubicada con accesos a diferentes calas y todos los servicios que se necesita. Casa espaciosa, zona tranquila. Muy recomendable para familias. Tanto el propietario como el agente inmobiliario han estado pendientes de nuestra llegada y nos han atendido muy bien.

Très bon séjour de 12 jours à Cala d'or dans une maison très propre, équipée suffisamment pour les vacances avec nos 2 ados. Communication et disponibilité appréciées avec Marlen et Gaspar qui ont le souci de bien faire. Très belle surprise de découvrir le frigo rempli à notre arrivée tardive. Ménage et changement des draps et serviettes faits au milieu du séjour. Bonne literie. Prévoyez une petite cagnotte sur place pour la taxe de séjour des Baléares. Mise à disposition d'un ventilateur supplémentaire fourni dès lendemain. Facilité des commerces, transport en bus (aeroport, cala mandragor, grottes de Drachs...). Location voiture à 300 m. Belle plage de Cala gran juste à 600 m (baignade, sauts et snorkeling). Maison suffisament éloignée du bruit des nights-clubs. Top !

très bon séjour familial
Le logement de Marilen correspond parfaitement au descriptif de l’annonce et nous avons été agréablement surpris par sa superficie. La maison est située à proximité immédiate du centre de Cala d’or sans les nuisances sonores nocturnes. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite. Marilen est très réactive et soucieuse de répondre à nos demandes. Le ménage a été fait en milieu de séjour par une personne adorable et chaleureuse. La seule et unique chose que nous pourrions suggérer est peut être de mettre à disposition une petite climatisation portative pour les nuits plutôt très chaudes! Nous recommandons cette location ayant un très bon rapport qualité-prix! Merci Marilen!

Vacances d'été en famille
Très belle petite maison de vacances, typique de Cala d'or et pleine de charme. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances grâce à Gaspard et Marilen. La maison est très bien située, très proche du centre et de la plage, tout peut se faire à pied. La maison est également équipée de tout ce qu'il faut. Cala D'or est un très bel endroit pour découvrir l'île de Majorque. Je recommande fortement cette location et nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre été aux Baléares.

Sehr nettes Feriendomizil. Gasper war immer zur Stelle, wenn wir ihn gebraucht haben.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Stadt mit unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Strasse ist ruhig und in gewachsener Umgebung. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die zuerst benötigten Dinge wie Tee, Öl etc. waren bereit. Zudem half uns Gasper jederzeit.

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette petite maison : très propre ( ménage et linge de maison remplacé en milieu de séjour), calme, très bien située avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Les propriétaires ont été charmants et très à l'écoute.

Simple mais efficace
Charmante maison à la décoration simple, confortable et très bien située dans Cala D'or, proche supermarché (5 minutes à pieds), proche commerces, et à environ 10 minutes des 2 principales plages. La description du site est exact, de plus il est facilement possible de se garer dans la rue ou celle d'à coté. Le quartier est calme et la maison pas trop proche des différents clubs que contiennent la ville. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine. Le propriétaire est très dispo est vraiment gentil. Nous recommandons.
