Not as expected, but not terrible.
Checkin was easy and it was the first time the checkin process worked without problem. However, the place was dirty, doors broken, windows were never cleaned, there were only 2 salad forks and 2 dinner forks, many lights needed lightbulbs, the washer constantly went off balance and would wake the dead with it’s loud pounding, and the advertised grill was not there. But after calls to the property manager he had a maintenance contractor (a very good professional) come and fix the door and the lighting; and he ordered a new indoor/outdoor electric grill and cover (arrived in week 3). The walls were the thinnest I have ever experienced and you could hear the neighbors’ conversation and music. That said the place was nicely furnished, and I can not blame the Property Manager for a 3 day Comcast outage. For the costs it was a disappointment, and also evidenced that VRBO takes no active involvement in resolving any issues.
