Steps to Beach - The Cozzi Cottage by SeaBreeze Vacation

Starting Monday, October 20th, work will begin in the pool area at Palm Isle Village and is expected to take approximately two work weeks (Monday–Friday only). The pool will remain open, but please note that certain areas may be taped off for safety, and there will be periods of loud noise from pressure washing and tile cutting.

Brimming with historic character, this charming ground level 1 bedroom/1 bath cottage has a bright modern, organic feel–and is merely steps from the white sandy beaches. With dramatic vaulted ceilings and secluded garden settings, The Cozzi Cottage offers everything you'd want in a beach vacation. You can spend your day lounging around the shared heated pool, then venture up your spiral staircase to the rooftop where you can enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the amazing Anna Maria Island sunsets.

The cottage offers two private terraces, one where you can enjoy grilling out or dining al fresco; the other where you can curl up with a good book on the outdoor sectional after a long day at the beach. The interior has been updated and boasts a modern, natural, open and airy feel featuring a farmhouse style kitchen that offers everything you will need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. The oversized bedroom features a king-size bed and flat screen TV with an organic, modern feel. This property also features a full-size farmhouse bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and there is a full-size washer & dryer in the unit along with high-speed WiFi throughout.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.
