“This isn't the type of place you interact with the staff. It's what I expected for this type of motel. You check in and check out.
They need to use fabric softener, the towels were extremely rough. Two towels and one hand towel isn't enough for two adults that need to shower. A lady needs a towel for hair and it needs to be the size of the body towel they had. The body towel needed to be twice the size it was. The shower was very close to the sink, which made drying off hard. The water pressure...
