“great parking, room clean, AC worked great”

“We travel to Sarnia for every holiday to visit family. After trying mamy hotels, we always chose the Insignia. The service, fitness and pool facility are impeccable.”

“Parking was easy and i got to park outside my room which was nice. Full breakfast was good. Staff were always nice, polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit cheap feeling and the sheets were pretty worn, but overall i had a good sleep. The room was clean and had no smell, the walls had something like a soda or something sprayed on them that could be wiped off, but it didnt affect my stay. The view out the back windows were very cool. I could see the water between……

“Terrible front desk staff. I booked a King Suite with a bathtub as my wife enjoys a warm tub every morning. I added a request for main floor because my wife was going to check in without me and I didnt want her to drag a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs. Some genius gave us an accessible suite instead with no tub. Upon seeing the room my wife went back to the front desk and said the room did not have a tub. They said its what you booked so thats it. I didnt get to the hotel until after 9 pm……
