“This is a basement unit. While it was not an issue environmentally, it was a bit of a hassle for load in load out. Clean and convenient for what we were doing.”

“Nice bright, clean, cozy home.”

“À notre arrivée vers 19h00 (plus ou moins), le bureau était fermé et personne pour nous accueillir. Pourant il était écrit "ouvert" et qu'l fallait sonner. Ce fut une très triste expérience. “Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Nice place.”

“No staff in the lobby to check in, waited then had to call the emergency line for someone to come. We had a conjoined room with strangers, who had a large dog barking all evening and past 3am. “The room was not clean the first night. They moved me to a cleaner room the next day. On the third and fourth days, they didn't have clean water because they had turned off the water. I was unable to use the showers or hot tub in the evenings for three of the five days I stayed. They were considerate in trying to help, but they didn't notify me that they were shutting off the water and didn't provide much ulternative solutions. I was not happy about paying to have limited use of the full room. ”
