  • The Lasser vacation apartment, approximately 63 m² in size, is located on the second floor of a modern new building (built in 2025) with a total of five vacation apartments. It is bright, warmly furnished, and offers plenty of space for couples or families. There are two separate bedrooms—a master bedroom with a 1.80-meter-wide double bed and a desk, and a smaller children’s bedroom with a 1.40-meter-wide double bed.

    The open living area invites you to relax with a cozy sofa nook and two armchairs. A fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and dining area offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower.

    From the living area, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard—perfect for a relaxing end to the day. The famous Sassnitz fishing and yacht harbor, home to Europe’s longest outer pier, is only about 500 meters away and invites you to stroll and enjoy the atmosphere.

    A private parking space right next to the house and free Wi-Fi are available. Pets are welcome for a fee. The washing machines, which you can use via coin-operated machines, are located in the basement of the house.
