Breakfast choice and freshness were both excellent. The dining area was clean and tidy and the cafe in the property offered a varied choice too. Whilst parking was on street, it was very reasonable at £5 per day and lots of spaces available very near to the property.

Fantastic hotel, breakfast was amazing. Easy access to town, local shops. On street parking right outside hotel (3 hours with a disc) and free unlimited parking 2 streets (2 minute walk) away.

We had a one night stay here and it is a well positioned location for the Esplanade and south bay of Scarborough. We had booked room only but chose to eat breakfast there and paid to do so in the morning. The food was excellent I must say. It was busy but the food was cooked fresh and was plentiful. I’d recommend it.

A lovely well kept hotel in a great location near the sea front. Received a warm welcome and hospitality feom all staff. The room was warm, clean and spacious. The cafe connected to the hotel provided us with a wonderful breakfast. Would not hesitate to go back.

The room we stayed in, no 3, was a beautiful room. It was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely as well, with a walk in shower. It's an easy walk into the town and to the Stephen Joseph theatre where we saw a brilliant play. I would definitely recommend it.

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful and our room was immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast is cooked fresh and was tasty even catered for my gluten free wife! Would recommend and will definitely stay again

The staff were lovely and welcoming . The room was comfortable clean and well laid out.There were plenty of toiletries and the tea and coffee supplies were generous,which we appreciated on a cold and wet December day. The cafe was warm and inviting, staff were friendly. The breakfast roll was hearty ,delicious and well presented We had a really lovely stay and would recommend

I have stayed here before and its a nice boutique style hotel , in good location with easy parking . breakfast is good but is served from 8.30 am . however , my stay this time was disappointing . The shower hardly worked and my room was full of extension cables . when charging my phone it must have fused the TV . bed needed new matrass too . I did report the shower and fusing in the morning and the Lady was very apologetic .

Hidden gem on south cliff

My 2nd stay at this location and certainly not my last. The rooms are fantastic, the location is good, parking is nearby. Despite it being closed season, most local amenities were still operating
