“Amazing staff, clean and very cost effective ”

“Staff is friendly and helpful. The decor in the rooms is very on brand to UVA- really fun. Location is right near “The Corner “. Coffeehouse on the main level, game room On the second level and rooftop bar with indoor - outdoor seating. Highly recommend! Will be staying again. ”

“First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to……

“We were fortunate to be the only ones staying so we didn't have any issues with the shared bathroom situation. It was pleasantly warm which was surprising because the house is so big. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast piece is definitely not really a thing anymore and it seems like the place is for sale but it's a lovely area and the grounds are gorgeous. We had a fantastic stay after apple picking. ”
