PLEASE NOTE: A Level 2 (240-volt) Tesla EV charger is available for guest use for an additional fee. It can also be used with other EVs if you bring the appropriate adapter. Guests will be charged only for the actual electricity used, based on the applicable PG E rates. If you would like to use the EV charger, please contact us for the lockbox combination. By requesting access to the charger, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable usage charge.

Recreation Passes:
Per The Sea Ranch Association HOA rules, we provide 2 recreation passes per rental. Each pass can accommodate up to 6 people when fully completed. If you need additional passes beyond the 2 provided, day passes are available for $5 per person, per day at the pool kiosk or the Sea Ranch Association office.

NOTE: After your booking is confirmed, all guests are required to complete and sign the rental agreement before arrival. Additional information and instructions will be provided after booking.

Sea Ranch and Sonoma County Guidelines
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time, day or night.
Maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted at the home and must be parked in the driveway. No RVs are permitted.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests for this home.
