This gorgeous custom home was designed and built by a local family and completed in early 2020. It was furnished and stocked with the utmost care and is ready for your enjoyment! 

This home has everything you need to enjoy your trip to Sedona, including a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, large bathrooms with gorgeous tiled showers, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and Nintendo Wii, and two outdoor living areas. Backyard covered porch with beautiful fountain to enjoy off the patio dining set. After a full day of exploring, cozy up around one of the 2 fire pits out in front of the house, or have a drink on the covered back patio by the relaxing rock fountain. 

The family-friendly casita has a separate entrance from the main house and offers an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining & living space, with large flat screen TV, and a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

The owners have also provided games, puzzles, kid-friendly amenities, creek towels, outdoor blankets, and many other thoughtful touches. 

This entire house sleeps up to 11 people TOTAL, not including infants under 12 months (please note that no one weighing over 120 pounds should use the top bunk of the bunk bed).

For the comfort of our guests and our neighbors in Sedona, THIS PROPERTY IS 100% SMOKE-FREE. Absolutely NO smoking of any sort, vaping, or burning of incense anywhere on the property . Any evidence of these activities - including on the patios or in the yard - will result in additional fees.  If upon a departure inspection, there is evidence that Guest(s) have smoked in the home or on the property, they will be charged a penalty and will be financially liable for a full remediation of property; including, but not limited to: carpet and upholstery cleaning, deodorizing, ozone machine costs, wall painting, etc.
Sedona is a smoke-free city with restrictions for all public buildings, eateries etc.

Steps away from downtown!

Beautiful property walking distances to all downtown attractions. It looked just like the images from the listing and was extremely clean. It was perfect to park and not have yo deal with the Sedona traffic.

Loved the location of this house. Quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of uptown commercial area. The house itself was spotless, well stocked and comfortable. Would rebook if in Sedona again.

Comfortable family getaway

We stayed for 3 nights to explore Sedona and day trip to the canyon with our 2 boys, ages 6 and 9. It was very comfortable, clean, and great location for uptown walking.

Immaculately Clean and Fantastic Location

My family of five loved staying here! Being able to walk to uptown SO EASILY was amazing! Couldn’t believe how close this home is to Main St. I am beyond picky about hotels and vacation rentals especially when it comes to cleanliness and I must say—this home is immaculately clean! It was so easy for us to feel comfortable here. This house is also incredibly thoughtfully outfitted—they had everything a family could possibly need—even a baby bath and step stools! Our compliments to the hosts—we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only downside is the lack of views, but when we are so close to Uptown Sedona it was no problem to just walk to a more scenic area if we wanted to.

Great Home for 2 couples

The home is set up perfectly for 2 adult couples, with 2 master bed & bathrooms & plenty of shared living/dining/kitchen space. And, one of the master areas has a 'kids' room. The location is excellent, within walking distance to town. You will enjoy your stay here.

One thing I didn’t receive was the address to the rental property, thankfully when we arrived, the office was still opened and we were able to get the address. Other than that, it was an excellent place to stay!

Beautiful home

We LOVED our stay here. They provided us with all our basic needs for ease and comfort. Every drawer or cabinet we opened was stocked with convenience items. There were plenty of plush towels and blankets and the beds were comfortable for all. The location is perfect and everything about the home is beautiful and clean.

Outstanding location

Magical trip to Sedona and this property was near everywhere we wanted to go. Could walk to our jeep tour, several restaurants and shopping. Drives to our various hikes were not long. Our family most loved the Cathedral Rock hike. Wonderful house and very clean. Nice having a garage to park in too.

Perfect home 5 minute walk to uptown

Stayed here for 2 nights. Loved every minute. New home, perfect location. No need to drive to uptown, it's literally less than 5 minutes away walking. Host communicated all needed info well in advance. We loved it. 5+ stars

We loved our Sedona stay! The house was beautiful and well furnished and looks brand new. The water feature in the backyard was a nice touch. The kitchen was big and modern. Our family of eight had plenty of room. The kids loved the bunk beds, they had so much fun sleeping there. The house was close to downtown Sedona, and a lot of hiking trails. We enjoyed the trails that were within 5 minutes from the house.

Fabulous Downtown Home

Stayed for a girls trip and couldn't have been more pleased! Well-appointed with plenty of room for hanging out in the great room, yet everyone had their own space for sleeping/alone time. A perfect location: steps from the famous Elote Cafe and Sedona Brewing, as well as the downtown strip of boutique shops. The fire pit was used every night for stargazing and they left us coffee, which was great since we didn't get to town til later in the night. I can't express enough what a great house this is! Wonderful experience and can't wait to return.

Great property, great location. Only negative is construction currently going on behind the house on another house. The noise impacted our ability to enjoy the outside table/chairs but is probably beyond the control of the owners/managers of this property. House is nicely furnished and kitchen is well stocked.Liked being able to pull car into the garage. TV required a pin that we didn’t have so we weren’t able to access our streaming accounts, but neither did we try to contact anyone to get it. The book(s) with all the house info should be updated to reflect this however because what is described in the book is not what is currently happening on the TV. All in all a great week.

Great Stay for a Wedding

We were in town for a wedding at the L’Auberge. This was such a convenient location for our trip! It had everything we needed, was comfortable, and nicely furnished. It was a great property for 2 couples (space and privacy). It would have also been great if one couple had brought their kids (bunk room). We were able to walk to great restaurants, shops, and the wedding venue. Having a full length mirror or another mirror in the bedrooms would have been helpful as there were four of us trying to get ready for the wedding at the same time and the only mirrors were in the bathrooms. Then, check out was at 10am which is fine, 11 would have been perfect but we didn’t want to pay for an extra hour. Someone from the management company showed up before 10am and was ready to start prepping the house so there was no flexibly/grace with check out. Those were the only 2 things we could think of that could have made our trip easier/better if addressed. Overall, we loved this location and this home!

Wonderful family getaway

The property is very clean. Stocked up with kitchen essentials, showers all have shampoo and body wash, plenty of towels, and blankets. Great location - walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to be back
