The staff are friendly. It is right on what seems to be a water highway--so boats are going back and forth day and night. It is loud on weekends. The room was adequate and clean--the bathroom was o.k but had a leak from the ceiling into the toilet. If you spend no time in the room, this is a good choice. There was a dripping pipe in the toilet that leaked continually … the floor was wet when we arrived. Does no one ever look at the rooms before guests check in? The water glasses in the bathroom were all dirty and had brown residue on them. Initially, when we checked in, the counter staff told us that the wifi was weak when it was actually not working.
